Coynant Guest House is a 17th century farmhouse set in the centre of our 200 acre farm park with spectacular scenery and perfect peace. Perfectly located for holidays or business, being only 10 minutes from M4 Jct 46, 8 miles from Swansea centre and 8 ½ miles from the sea.
All rooms have en-suite bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, fridge, microwave and toaster, everything to heat meals. Price includes in-room self-service continental breakfast.

The perfect place for family holidays, short breaks or business stays.
This is a perfect place for holidays or business stays being only 10 minutes from M4 Swansea and on the doorstep of the Gower Pensinsula. Situated in an area known as the Gower of the hills it is perfect for walkers and we are recommended by John Gilham in his book Snowdon to the Gower. Walks on the surrounding hills give spectacular views from the Brecon Beacons to the Bristol Channel. From the farm gate you have immediate access to over 12 miles of open, grassy common. A world of your own.
The farm park is full of interest for guests. Rare breeds animals, emus, alpacas and many other friendly animals for those interested to go and see them.
Two beautiful fishing lakes to fish or just relax by. The lakes are stocked with carp up to 26lbs. See our fishing website www.coynantfishery.co.uk for more information.
Everywhere is tranquillity, the only sound being the bleat of lambs as you splash your feet in the clear waters of a mountain streams.
If you wish to travel around the area, there are 20 miles of superb beaches, Gower was the first designated area of outstanding natural beauty. There are market towns, historic sites and castles. The most picturesque sited castle in Britain is only 20 minutes away. Swansea market is an amazing experience, superb produce brought from the farms and smallholdings of Gower, and absolutely fresh fish from the local fishing boats, plus much more. You can always find something to interest everybody in this fascinating area.
